These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Royal Home Inspections, LLC services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
Royal Home Inspections, LLC may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Royal Home Inspections, LLC to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (980) 600-2113. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
4. Opt In Again
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.
5. Help and Support
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or (980) 600-2113.
6. Message Frequency and Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 12 text messages during our business transactions and no more than 2 text a month if you opt-in to our promotional offers. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new Last Updated date.
10. What information is collected
We will collect your first name, last name, phone number, and email.
11. How user data is used
Your data is used to:
a. NON PROMOTIONAL - Transaction purposes. We will inform you of required steps in order to make an appointment, notify you of existing appointment(s), notify you if any payment is due, notify you if any agreement(s) need to be signed, notify you when the final report is ready, and send you a calendar if you wish to make a follow-up appointment.
b. PROMOTIONAL - We do send out maintenance reminders about your home and different promotional discounts.
12. Cookie & tracking practices - We do not use cookies in any of our marketing emails or transactional information.
13. Data security and handling - Your data is secured inside our system and we may share this with our report writing software. We do not sell your data.
14. Mobile info sharing statement - Your phone number is shared with our home inspection report writing software. We do not share your phone number with any other providers
