Derek did a condo inspection for us and was very thorough and friendly. He allowed me to follow him throughout the inspection and answered all of my questions. He was also flexible with scheduling the inspection at a time not originally listed on their website scheduler.

I’d give more than 5 stars if i could. He left no stone unturned. spent 3 plus hours meticulously inspecting our property. He was on the roof, in the attic and gave us drone shots. The report was incredibly thorough with photos and advice document everything. They even schedule a review call with you post inspection.
